Sketch for "Night" by Francis Augustus Lathrop

A pencil study on paper shows a nude female figure seen from behind and side, leaning forward with arms extended outward in a dynamic pose. Loose, sketchy contour lines define the torso, hip, and legs against a pale, blank sheet. Faint marks at the top edge and a small stamp near the bottom are visible.
