Study of a Hercules sculpture, graphite drawing

A graphite drawing on paper shows a muscular male nude raising a club over his right shoulder, head turned downward and bearded, standing on a square pedestal. Soft hatched shading darkens the background and modeling defines the musculature, suggesting a study after a sculpture.
