Standing Buddha, bronze sculpture

A green-patinated bronze figure of a standing Buddha with a cropped, tightly curled hair and a topknot, eyes lowered, and long earlobes. The robe falls in smooth folds to the feet, and the hands are raised in gestures at either side of the body. The figure stands on a flat, lotus-like base set on a pale stone plinth against a plain grey background.
