Ivory Statue of Liberty on Ebony Base

A small ivory carving of the Statue of Liberty stands on a tiered black ebony pedestal decorated with architectural details and a band of geometric patterns. The robed female figure raises a torch in her right hand and holds a tablet at her left side, with a spiked crown on her head. A plaque on the base bears a short inscription.
