Statuette, Osiris

A dark bronze statuette of the god Osiris stands upright, wearing the tall atef crown and a false beard, with arms crossed over the chest and a mummy-like sheathed body. It rests on a pale wooden block against a dark, softly lit background that shows its weathered, mottled surface.

Look closer: The pale wooden block that holds the statuette, which sets off the dark figure.
