Stem Cup with Dragon Pursuing Flaming Jewel
A white porcelain stem cup with a flared bowl and tall, ribbed foot. Underglaze cobalt blue paints a dragon with scaled body, whiskers and flame-like fins twisting around the bowl, pursuing a jewel. The glaze is smooth and even, with a small chip at the base.
Look closer: A small chip is visible on the unglazed foot rim at the base.
