Tea Bowl
A conical tea bowl with flared sides rests on a narrow, unglazed foot. Its dark blue-black glaze is streaked with fine rust-brown markings, the so-called hare's fur effect, and a thin gilt-looking metal band edges the rim.
Look closer: The unglazed foot shows a rough, sandy stoneware body where the glaze stops.
