Terracotta Hadra hydria (water jar)
A pale buff terracotta hydria, or water jar, stands on a ring foot with two small handles at the shoulders, its surface worn and flaked. A reddish-brown painted ring encircles a small bluish-gray medallion on the body, where a worn human face is faintly visible against the pale clay.
