Terracotta lekythos (oil flask)
An Attic white-ground lekythos, a slender oil flask, with a painted scene on its shoulder and body. A seated figure in a red cloak sits at left, facing a standing figure who holds a long staff and extends one arm toward a boat-like form. A band of meander pattern runs above the scene, and the background is left in the pale slip of the white-ground technique.
Look closer: A small head in profile appears at the right edge of the scene, partly cut by the frame.
