Terracotta miniature Panathenaic amphora
A miniature two-handled amphora of orange terracotta with black-glazed neck and foot. On the body, a striding figure in a long patterned robe carries a round shield, rendered in black silhouette with white and red details. The vessel stands alone against a plain gray ground, its handles and rim framing the figure.
Look closer: Small white dots decorate the hem of the figure's robe.
