The Delphic Sibyl, from "Prophets and Sibyls in the Sistine Chapel"
An engraved reproduction of a seated female figure, the Delphic Sibyl, enthroned at the top center under a coffered arch. Nude youths flank her on pedestals, and a tablet below her is inscribed DELPHICA. Two smaller seated figures and a nude man fill the lower spandrels, framed by architectural pilasters and a stone ledge.
Look closer: The small tablet below the Sibyl's throne is inscribed DELPHICA, naming the figure.
