The Horoscope, transfer lithograph after James McNeill Whistler
A standing woman in a long, loose gown leans forward at a low table, lifting a small cup toward her face while a few cups and a dish sit on the table beside her. The sketchy black lines on cream laid paper leave much of the sheet open, with faint marks suggesting the floor and a small monogram at right.
