The Institution of the Rosary, gilded bronze plaquette
A gilded bronze plaquette shows a relief of a crowned Virgin and a kneeling figure receiving a rosary amid clouds and winged angels. An ornate scrolled frame with a crowned cartouche surrounds the dense, low-relief scene of putti and figures, in a Renaissance-style sculptural manner.
