The Little Playmates, lithograph after Sarony & Major, ca. 1850

A black-and-white lithograph shows three children posed on an ornate cushioned settee in a garden setting. A girl in a plaid skirt sits at left, a toddler in a lace bonnet sits center, and an older child in a dark jacket and light trousers stands at right beside a drapery swag. Hedges, flowers and a wooden fence fill the background, and the printed title appears below the image.
