Ink and light color on paper show a tall, many-tiered pagoda rising at left above clustered tiled halls, with a double-roofed pavilion at center and a boat on the misty river at right. Figures appear on a balcony and a stone stair, and the distant hills fade into pale wash.

Look closer: A small arched bridge with tiny figures crossing it on the right edge, above the river.
