Trunk of the Human Skeleton, Side View, Engraving

A line engraving shows the trunk of a human skeleton from a slightly angled side view, with the spine, curved ribs, shoulder blades and pelvis rendered in fine hatched shading. The bones are set against a pale paper ground, and the plate number and a small engraver's signature appear in the upper and lower corners.
