Two Atlantes in Conversation
A graphite drawing of two nude male figures, atlantes, standing side by side and straining upward to support a horizontal beam above their heads. Light pencil construction lines and soft shading model the muscular bodies against a pale ground.
Look closer: Faint squaring lines are ruled lightly across the sheet for proportion, visible beside and above the figures.
