Vase
A small white parian porcelain vase with a flared, scalloped rim and a narrow neck. The body is covered in raised relief of flowers, leaves and scrolling acanthus-like ornament, with a central shell-like motif. The unglazed, matte surface gives it a soft, marble-like finish.
Look closer: Small leaf and flower reliefs curl around the shoulders and neck, partly hidden by the shadowed side.
