Vase

A white baluster vase painted with a pink rose, a red bell-shaped blossom, blue forget-me-not sprigs, a green thistle, and several small insects, including bees. The enamel colors sit crisply on the opaque white surface against a plain gray backdrop.

Look closer: A small insect, possibly a fly or wasp, is painted on the right side of the vase near the lower flowers.
