Vase
A white parian porcelain vase with a flared, ruffled mouth and a bulbous body. Molded blossoms in blue, pink, orange and yellow, with green leaves and tendrils, climb around the vessel in clustered sprays. The unglazed surface gives the flowers a soft, sculptural relief.
Look closer: Small molded flower buds and leaves sit low on the shoulder near the base, partly in shadow.
