Virupa
A gilt bronze figure sits cross-legged on a tiered lotus pedestal, his right arm raised with the fingers pointing upward and his left hand resting on his lap. He wears a beaded necklace, bracelets, and an elaborate headdress, with his face framed by a short beard and inset eyes. Traces of red pigment and small silver and stone inlays add detail to the richly modeled surface.
Look closer: Small inset eyes and red pigment remnants on the hair and headdress.
