Water Plants with Blue Flowers

Green leaves with gold-edged veins and small blue flowers rise from the upper left, while similar plants with dark, shaded leaves trail across the lower right. The pale tan ground is largely empty, suggesting water or a plain backdrop. The painting uses color, ink, and gold on paper.
