Wood-Nymph (Moneses uniflora) Watercolor, 1902
Three white five-petaled flowers nod on slender pink stems above a tuft of round green leaves, with fern-like sprigs and brown moss at the base. The soft watercolor washes fade into a pale grey ground, and a pencilled note in the lower left reads Lake Louise 1902.
