Zhang Xian Shoots the Heavenly Dog

A bearded figure in a patterned gold robe draws a bow toward a small creature in swirling clouds above. Four children in bright red, pink and green gather around him, one holding a flowering branch, in a flat, colorful Chinese New Year print.

Look closer: A small dog-like creature is drawn inside the swirling cloud at the top of the sheet.
