Um painel do fim da Idade Média dividido em quatro cenas narrativas, com Isabel distribuindo esmola a uma figura ajoelhada e uma carroça puxada por cavalos levando um féretro. Arcos arquitetônicos emolduram as cenas, e um texto em neerlandês antigo corre pela borda inferior, abaixo de um brasão.
