L'Italienne, mulher sentada de Vincent van Gogh, 1887

Uma mulher sentada, com lenço vermelho na cabeça, blusa branca bordada e saia listrada, apoia as mãos sobre um tecido estampado e colorido, diante de um fundo amarelo de pinceladas curtas. Uma cadeira de madeira aparece à esquerda, e uma flor branca repousa no canto inferior direito desta pintura a óleo de 1887, com empaste espesso e visível.
