Um clérigo ajoelhado, com batina branca e sobrepeliz, une as mãos em oração e olha para cima em um interior de ladrilhos. Acima dele, anjos erguem uma coroa de louros em direção às nuvens, onde a Trindade está entronizada, com querubins na faixa superior. Sob a imagem aparecem uma inscrição em latim e um pequeno emblema.
